How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions can be cancelled by either sending in a support ticket or sending an email directly to Dan@Swimfluence.com. Any messages sent through any other address or medium, including, but not limited to, our social media channels or other @Swimfluence.com email addresses are NOT VALID.

Subscriptions must be cancelled prior to your next billing cycle. If a request for cancellation is received after a billing has taken place, even if it is only a few moments after billing, it will apply to your next billing cycle. 

For instance, if you do not wish to receive The April Swimfluence Box, you must cancel before your billing takes place in March.

***Please Note***
Some promotions offered through Swimfluence may have minimum subscription length policies. In the case that they do, those policies must be fulfilled before a cancellation request can be processed.
